- What is Patola ?
Ans. Patola is a hand woven saree, made from mulberry silk on handloom in Gujarat, India.
- Return
Ans. We don’t accept return unless you received damaged or wrong product.
- Guarantee
Ans. As patola saree is a hand woven, we don’t provide any guarantee on color or jari.
- Payment
Ans. We’re accepting online payment. Once you placed an order our executive would contact you for further process of payment.
- Shipping Policy
Ans. We don’t take any shipping charges within India. Shipment will be dispatched in minimum of 3 days to a maximum of 15 days depends on your shipping address. It doesn’t include Sundays and public holidays.
- Cancelling the order
Ans. We will be able to cancel the order only before the shipment initiation. You will have to contact us if you wish to cancel the order.
