We don’t accept return unless you received damaged or wrong product.

As patola saree is a hand woven, we don’t provide any guarantee on color or jari.

We're accepting online payment. Once you placed an order our executive would contact you for further process of payment.

We don’t take any shipping charges within India. Shipment will be dispatched in minimum of 3 days to a maximum of 15 days depends on your shipping address. It doesn’t include Sundays and public holidays.

We will be able to cancel the order only before the shipment initiation.  You will have to contact us if you wish to cancel the order.
