Return and replacement policy

We don’t have any return/replacement policy unless you received a damaged or different item. We can only accept the return request if you report the complaint regards to damage or stains within 24 hours of receiving the order. We replace only damaged product with same design.

In case of you received defective/damaged item or the item is not the same you ordered then you can return it to us through the courier. In order to return the products please follow the procedure given below: 

1. Please verify with us before you send the item to us.
2. Once we acknowledge your return request, kindly return the item in the original condition and packaging you received with the tags and invoice. The item should not be stitched and make sure it is in the unused condition. We will inform you when we receive your item.
3. In case of exchange we will issue the exchanged product once we receive the product you sent back to us.

Please do not return the item without informing us. It is advised not to send back the item until you have verified with us. In such a situation, no credit or replacement shall be given.
If we are unable to deliver the original ordered item due to unavoidable reasons, then according to our terms we will request you to select an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost. Well, if no alternate selection is desired by a customer, then we will refund you in full in original payment mode as you made payment within 6-7 business days.

Note:  The buyer will be responsible for all the costs and duties for the returned shipment and the products we ship in the exchange of the original product.
